Born and raised in Carlsbad, Elizabeth ‘Beth’ Spangler is the President of Spangler Realty. Since 1994, Beth has worked in the real estate and property management industry, starting at the front desk and progressing her way through various aspects of property management and real estate and finally to President of Spangler Realty. Beth is a Realtor and has been licensed since 1997.
Beth grew up in a military family and understands the challenges of relocating and putting trust in others to manage your most valuable asset. When she was in her 20’s she also rented from Spangler Realty, as have many of her employees, so she also hopes to give them the same treatment that she would want or expect to receive (fair and equitable). Beth’s goal with Spangler Realty is to run an effective and efficient company while also developing long term relationships with clients both near and far. Beth is compassionate, sincere, trustworthy, dependable, loyal, solutions driven, an excellent communicator and a woman of true integrity.
Beth continues to study the many facets of Property Management and Real Estate and holds a professional designation GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) and is also a member of the Better Business Bureau, and The Chamber of Commerce.
In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and family, gardening, cooking, hiking, and traveling. Her goal is to make it to all 50 states before she turns 50. She has 11 to go!
Becky

Becky Maldonado has been a long time resident of North San Diego County and can’t get enough of San Diego’s sunshine and beautiful beaches! Well-versed in the military lifestyle, Becky was raised in a military family, where her father served 30 years in the Army, a retired Navy Seal brother and has 4 nieces and nephews serving in active duty. Having lived in many places throughout the United States, Germany and Japan, Becky invariably insists that San Diego is still her favorite spot and climate.
In 1968, Becky transferred from Monterey Peninsula College to San Diego State University. She participated in cheerleading while earning her degree in Special Education. Thereafter, Becky went on to lead a very active lifestyle where she coached youth sports (5 – 18 yrs.), including softball, soccer, and cheerleading for 30 years.
In 1980, Becky and her husband became consultants in the food and beverage industry, partnered in high-volume, well-known restaurants throughout North County.
Retiring from the food industry in 1995, Becky excitedly transitioned into property management in 1996 and obtained her real estate license in 2000; she has never looked back. Becky brings a plethora of experience and knowledge to the table and truly believes Real Estate is about building relationships, and not about being focused on making the sale. Her hard work, dedication, dynamic personality, and honesty have been the core of her success, bringing her loyal clients, personal referrals and repeat business throughout the years.
In Becky’s free time, she is passionately devoted to her husband, Eddie of 37 years, her two daughters and her very active and athletic 6 grandchildren. She is fully involved in a myriad of sports and the countless fundraisers in support of her grandchildren. Additionally, Becky loves the outdoors, spending time with friends, walking the beach and soaking up San Diego’s sunshine!
