Elizabeth “Beth” Spangler is the Broker and President of Spangler Realty and a lifelong Carlsbad resident. She has worked in real estate and property management since 1994, beginning at the front desk and advancing through all major aspects of the industry. Beth has been a licensed Realtor since 1997 and represents the second of three generations to work at Spangler Realty.
Raised in a military family, Beth understands the importance of trust and the challenges of relocation. Having also rented from Spangler Realty early in her career, she brings a unique perspective to both client and resident experiences.
Beth leads Spangler Realty with a focus on operational excellence and long-term client relationships. She holds the GRI designation and is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Outside of work, Beth volunteers at her church, mentors young couples with her husband, and enjoys family time, gardening, birding, cooking, and travel. In 2025, she completed her goal of visiting all 50 U.S. states, with Alaska as her final state.

Becky Maldonado has been a long time resident of North San Diego County and can’t get enough of San Diego’s sunshine and beautiful beaches! Well-versed in the military lifestyle, Becky was raised in a military family, where her father served 30 years in the Army, a retired Navy Seal brother and has 4 nieces and nephews serving in active duty. Having lived in many places throughout the United States, Germany and Japan, Becky invariably insists that San Diego is still her favorite spot and climate.
In 1968, Becky transferred from Monterey Peninsula College to San Diego State University. She participated in cheerleading while earning her degree in Special Education. Thereafter, Becky went on to lead a very active lifestyle where she coached youth sports (5 – 18 yrs.), including softball, soccer, and cheerleading for 30 years.
In 1980, Becky and her husband became consultants in the food and beverage industry, partnered in high-volume, well-known restaurants throughout North County.
Retiring from the food industry in 1995, Becky excitedly transitioned into property management in 1996 and obtained her real estate license in 2000; she has never looked back. Becky brings a plethora of experience and knowledge to the table and truly believes Real Estate is about building relationships, and not about being focused on making the sale. Her hard work, dedication, dynamic personality, and honesty have been the core of her success, bringing her loyal clients, personal referrals and repeat business throughout the years.
In Becky’s free time, she is passionately devoted to her husband, Eddie of 41 years, her two daughters and her very active 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is fully involved in a myriad of sports and the countless fundraisers in support of her grandchildren. Additionally, Becky loves the outdoors, spending time with friends, walking the beach and soaking up San Diego’s sunshine!
